# Camera + Lens + Lighting Route Example

This is an example route note, not a customer record.

## Inspection Target

- Task: `[presence, scratch, dimension, OCR, barcode support or positioning]`
- Material / surface: `[matte, reflective, transparent, dark, curved, etc.]`
- Production condition: `[stationary, indexed, conveyor, roll-to-roll, robot pickup]`

## Route Logic

- Camera route: `[area scan / line scan / smart camera / special spectrum]`
- Lens route: `[FA lens / low-distortion / telecentric / line-scan lens]`
- Lighting route: `[backlight / coaxial / dome / bar / dark-field / line light]`

## Why These Must Be Checked Together

- Camera resolution only matters if the lens resolves the feature.
- Lens choice only works if the working distance and sensor size fit.
- Lighting decides whether good and NG parts separate in the image.
- Trigger and exposure decide whether the feature remains visible at speed.

## Open Risks

- `[glare / depth of field / motion blur / fixture repeatability / mounting space / PLC timing]`
